Everything below is done on-site or by mail — belt sander, stone, or wet wheel, whichever the job calls for. Beyond a standard sharpening, that includes repairs, re-profiling, and full restorations. If a price isn't listed, ask; we sharpen most things with an edge and engrave most things that hold still.

Book a stop on the route, flag us down at a market, or schedule a house call — most single knives take under ten minutes once we're on-site. Restaurants, cafeterias, and school kitchens can set up a standing appointment.

Laser Engraving
Put Your Name On It.
Same laser we cut our own badge with. Hand it over on a route stop or house call, mail it in, or order something from the shop and have it engraved before it ships.

- House calls are by appointment — we'll confirm a time and any travel fee outside the regular service area.
- Restaurants, cafeterias, and school kitchens: ask about a standing route day — regular accounts get priority scheduling.
- We sharpen nearly anything with an edge — ceramic blades go back to the manufacturer.
